ChemTracker ("the Service") is a web application operated by CCC Impact BV (KVK: 90941284), registered in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. The Service provides real-time flight tracking and atmospheric data visualization, displaying aircraft positions, contrail formation conditions, and related atmospheric metrics using publicly available data sources.
ChemTracker provides atmospheric data visualization for entertainment and educational purposes. The data presented is derived from publicly available flight tracking and weather data and should not be relied upon for any scientific, medical, legal, or regulatory purpose. We make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed.
ChemTracker does NOT claim that "chemtrails" are real. The application tracks condensation trails (contrails) using established atmospheric science, including temperature, humidity, and pressure data. The term "ChemTracker" is used as a brand name only.
How users choose to interpret the data presented is entirely their own responsibility. ChemTracker, its operators, and its affiliates accept no liability for any conclusions drawn from the data displayed in the application.
The Service relies on third-party data sources including flight tracking APIs and meteorological services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any data displayed. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required for continued access. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Each person may maintain only one account. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, design, graphics, and code comprising the Service are the property of CCC Impact BV or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ChemTracker name, logo, and branding are trademarks of CCC Impact BV. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCC Impact BV and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
